GoStar Communications Officially Formed

Today we received the official message from the State of Delaware, Department of State, Division of Corporations, confirming that GoStar Communications, Inc. had been officially recorded as of August 28, 2006.
This marks the beginning of our very ambitious project. GoStar is set to become the foremost wireless internet service provider in northern California. We now have to finalize the organization of the corporation and prepare to make our offering to the selected group of potential investors. Further details still need to be finalized, such as or choice of banking institution and stock transfer agent.
However our objective is clear, once we have obtained financing we will hire the staff, establish our datacenter in Chico, California and begin offering our services. We expect the initial round of financing to be completed in June 2007, which would allow us to start offering services in January of 2008.
